Scottish children sing to spread 'Christmas spirit' to neighbours
Five Scottish schoolboys are enjoying internet fame after a video of them singing Wham's Last Christmas into a Ring doorbell went viral.
Jack Campbell, Dylan Thompson, Cameron Bourne, Liam McPhillips, and Ollie Shearer left the song on Erin Chalmers' doorbell "to get you in the Christmas spirit".
Erin, who did not know the primary school children, said it was "the best thing" she has ever seen.
The boys' rendition of the 1984 Christmas classic outside the house in Denny, Falkirk, has now been seen more than 1.5 million times.
Erin told BBC Scotland News her husband had messaged her, saying she ought to check the doorbell video.
She said: "I went on to the doorbell and saw this group of kids.
"We've had bother historically with kids damaging property and I was thinking what is happening here, are they going to throw eggs at the window?"
But the video shows the five boys launch into the song before Dylan says "love you" and the group walk off.
Erin said: "It's by far the best thing I think I've ever seen, it's a mixture of laughing and wanting to cry at the same time.
"These are kids I thought were going to do something to my house and they've just come up, and the wee guy saying 'love you' at the end."
'We just want to make people smile'
Erin put the video on social media asking if anyone knew the kids, and one of them replied and said "that's me and my pals".
"A couple of folk said you owe them at least a fiver, so I messaged and said if you come back I'll give you a wee something," she added.
"And one of them actually messaged me back and said it's not about the money, we just want to make people smile."
Erin said the boys deserve "every bit of credit".
She said: "I've been tagging everybody, like 'hashtag John Lewis your ad is nothing on this'".
"I could just watch it and just watch and watch it."

The boys are all aged 11, except Dylan, who is 10.
Their proud mums say they have been overwhelmed by the response to the video.
Liam's mum Collette said: "It's crazy how quickly this has spread and what they've done is outstanding and I'm so, so proud of them all.
"Liam feels like a superstar, he genuinely does. He's just a good boy with a big energy, I'm so proud of him.
"It's such a positive thing that they've done."
Dylan's mum Stephanie said: "I can't believe it. We were walking to school and one of the parents said there he is, the 'wee celebrity'.
"Dylan thinks he's a superstar. It's nice to see the comments everybody has written about them."
Jack's mum Diane said: "I watched it and I was blown away, it was just so cute.
"I phoned him and asked if he knew he was on TikTok and he said he did.
"They just went to a random door and chapped it."
Ollie's mum Hannah said: "It's gone absolutely nuts. When I saw it, my wee heart melted. I'm absolutely proud of them."
Cameron's mum Kerry said it was "just crazy".
She said: "He's just excited, as a wee boy would be.
"It's lovely, we've had so many kind messages."
