Any crypto swaps without KYC?

People keep telling me the best rates are on the big exchanges like Binance or Bybit, but they all require KYC and I'm not a fan. Last thing I want is handing over my personal info when exchanges get compromised all the time and that data ends up who knows where. I'm still pretty new to crypto so maybe I'm missing something, but are there exchanges or swaps out there where you can just trade one coin for another without the whole identity verification thing?
