I am on the verge of signing a very high-value contract for construction materials, and the total amount of tax involved is quite significant for our current quarterly budget.
Before I put my signature on the dotted line, I want to perform a final check to check registered VAT company details to ensure everything is 100% legal.
If their registration has expired or been suspended for some reason, it could cause a massive delay in our building schedule. It’s always better to be safe than sorry when dealing with large sums of money and government regulations.
