Structural Design of PS Hot Stamping Foil for Stable Use

The layered structural design endows PS Hot Stamping Foil with stable performance for long-term use on PS substrates. The material consists of a PET base film, a release layer, a color pattern layer and a thermal adhesive layer, with each layer undertaking independent functional roles. The PET base film supports the overall flatness of the foil during transportation and stamping, preventing wrinkles and deformation. The release layer ensures smooth separation between the base film and decorative layer during thermal transfer, reserving complete pattern and color layers on the PS surface. The middle pattern and color layer adopts weather-resistant pigments, which can resist mild ultraviolet radiation and indoor temperature changes, maintaining stable color tone for a long time. The bottom thermal adhesive layer is specially modified for PS materials, producing strong adhesion under set temperature and pressure to fit the smooth and non-absorbent characteristics of plastic surfaces. After stamping, the composite decorative structure closely combines with PS substrates, resisting daily friction, wiping and humid environment erosion. In practical use, PS Hot Stamping Foil does not produce brittle cracking or edge warping under normal indoor temperature fluctuations. Its stable structural performance extends the service life of decorative layers on PS products, reducing the frequency of product replacement and later maintenance costs for decorative components.
